We send out our orders with USPS First-Class shipping, via USPS Priority (if selected at checkout), or via USPS Priority Mail Express (if selected at checkout). If you place your order before 4pm EST Monday through Friday, then we will mail your order the very same day.

We are based in FL, so with USPS First-Class shipping, you can expect your order within 3–5 business days. With USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–3 business days.

Returns

We offer returns only on unopened items within 15 days of purchase. If any other questions or info, please use our “Contact Us” form via the website.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
